Henry Cotton described this Mackenzie hole as one of the best short holes he ever played. It is very pretty, with rhododendrons flanking the green and a backdrop of woodland. It is also very tricky. A bunker catches any short shots and anything right will end up in a steep sided trap. Off-target left is another bunker well above the green. Hit too long and there is more sand to contend with.
