Societies
Your society members can be sure of a great day at Headingley. With the quality of the course, great dining and careful organisation you can relax and just enjoy a day on one of Yorkshire’s best courses.
Our team is experienced in organising a wide range of different golf days and whilst we can offer specific packages, we are also more than happy to tailor the organisation of the event so that we can meet all your needs.

Visitors Green Fees
For the individual golfer and his or her friends the current green fees at Headingley are –
· Monday to Friday £40 per round or £55 per day (April to October).
· Weekends and Bank Holidays £50 per round or day.
· Monday to Friday £25 per round (November to March).
· Weekends and Bank Holidays £40 per round.
Visitors introduced by and playing with a member will be charged half the above rate, limited to three visits per annum, unless the visitor is a member of another golf club.
A member may introduce and play with up to three visitors (at the concessionary rate) at a time. This rate does not apply to visiting parties.
Junior members may introduce other juniors aged 17 and under provided those introduced are members of another golf club, and pay half the normal guest rate.

Ladies
Headingley has a friendly Ladies section of approximately 90 members encompassing all abilities of golf. All ladies are welcome with or without handicap.
The Ladies Section has its own elected Captain, Vice Captain, Officers and Committee that ensure the smooth running of the Section’s activities, both golfing and social.
Headingley Ladies have equivalent membership rights to the gentlemen, with competitions occurring mainly on Tuesdays and Thursdays, although some competitions can be played on a Sunday by ladies who work on the main competition days. Throughout the main season there are regular medals and major club competitons.
The Ladies Section, affiliated to the Yorkshire Ladies Golfing Association, runs an A, B and two ADP teams. In 2006 we were proud to have our A team and ADP 2 team qualify for the finals of the Yorkshire A team and ADP team league finals.
Headingley has a thriving Lady Rabbits’ Section, also with its own elected Captain, Vice Captain and Committee. The Rabbits section, which is open to Ladies with a handicap of 30 and above, plays friendly matches with other local clubs.
We arrange coaching sessions for groups of ladies as well as always having the opportunity to book individual lessons with one of our professionals.
During the Summer Headingley members enjoy many mixed competitions, which are followed by a meal and prize presentation, making for an enjoyable social occasion.
We are proud of Headingley Golf Club, the oldest golf club in Leeds, and extend a warm welcome to new members and visitors to play on our lovely course.
