The clubhouse at Headingley was originally constructed in 1906 following its move from its first home on the Becketts Park Estate a few miles away.

Time however has not stood still for this ever evolving hub of Headingley. Recent refurbishment of the clubhouse’s key areas has taken place to keep it at the same excellent standard as the course that sits beside it. Headingley is renowned for its warm and friendly atmosphere and the clubhouse offers a relaxing setting. The panoramic views of the 18th green, the first tee and the rolling countryside make the welcoming clubhouse the perfect setting to sit back and relax.

The TV Lounge

The TV lounge offers an unrivalled view across the putting green, first tee complex and the eighteenth green. The newly refurbished room gives direct access to the terrace which offers a pleasant and relaxing way to end your round. The large wall mounted LCD television provides access to Sky Sports and during large events and competitions this can be used as a room for registrations and leaderboards also displayed on the large screen.

The Main Lounge

The main lounge which is located at the heart of the club is the ideal place to relax after your round. Watch your fellow competitors finish their round whilst enjoying a drink and a snack from our extensive bar menu. The lounge houses our two trophy cabinets which contain some impressive silverware some of which dates back to the 1920s. Take a moment to look at some of the historic photographs and see how Headingley would have looked when the pioneers first played the course. The lounge also provides stunning views across the 18th, 1st fairway and the surrounding countryside.

The Dining Room

Should you wish to celebrate a special event The Dining Room, which sits adjacent to the Main Lounge is an ideal venue. The Dining Room can be booked for hire and packages are available for every budget. The stunning views across the eighteenth and first tee complex make this room an enjoyable dining experience.

The 19th Hole
