Headingley hosted a ‘Get Into Golf’ afternoon in April and 28 women joined us. Some had played golf before while others were beginners. They enjoyed a taster session of the long game, putting, and chipping on our fantastic new short-game facility and this was followed by cream tea, Prosecco and prizes with chance to find out more about Academy membership from our friendly members.

It was great to see that many of the women were keen to get into golf, have group lessons and some have signed up as new members. We now have six new Academy members and 14 having group lessons with PMG Academy – these take place on Saturdays at 4pm and Thursdays at 7pm.

There are a couple of spaces left for the weekly Thursday group which is £65 for 5 one-hour lessons.
